  • We prioritize our non-toxic standards with vegan, cruelty free, sulfate free, paraben free and phthalate free formulations. We follow category leading retailer standards to meet various clean guidelines.
  • Our formulas are intended to be gentle and are made with our clean, non-toxic ingredient standards in mind. However, because everyone is different, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any new products during pregnancy or on children.
  • Our formulas are thoughtfully created with sensitive skin in mind. However, if you have concerns we recommend consulting with your dermatologist.
  • Our products have been tested and are considered non-comedogenic. Non-comedogenic products do not clog your pores.
  • We recommend storing your Outside In products in a cool place, such as in a bathroom or vanity cabinets.
  • You can find a full list of each product's ingredients on the product page. Take a look at the ‘Ingredients' section to see them all.
  • We use state of the art, sustainable materials, such as Bio-Resin made from Rice Husk, Limestone Composite and Glass to package our formulas.

  • Each ingredient is carefully and intentionally selected based on its’ performance. We aim to develop efficacious formulas with our purity standards in mind. Every ingredient we select is assessed not only for performance, but also for safety. We do not use ingredients tested on animals or derived from them.
  • Many Outside In products are produced without the use of parabens, phthalates, sulfates and nanoparticles. Consult the individual product page for the list of ingredients.

  • The Shade Finder is an online tool that helps you find your perfect shade match for Silk Serum Foundation. The tool is on the Silk Serum Foundation product page. 
  • An undertone refers to the subtle hue that exists beneath the surface of your skin. It influences how your skin looks and reacts to different colors, especially foundation, concealer, and blush. Unlike your skin tone (which can change with sun exposure or skin conditions), your undertone remains consistent. Cool undertones have hints of pink or blue, warm undertones lean golden or peachy, and neutral undertones are a balanced mix of both.
  • To find your undertone, look at the veins on your wrist—if they appear blue or purple, you likely have cool undertones; greenish veins suggest warm undertones; if it’s hard to tell, you might be neutral.
  • Domestic: Free shipping, 2 Day Rush Shipping (FedEx) is $8.00. International: Consumer pays for shipping but we cover international duties and taxes. We use Passport as our primary international shipping partner. International shipping rates as displayed at checkout. 
  • We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO. We also ship to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and select European countries (Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Spain & Sweden).
  • International shipping is currently available to Canada, Mexico, Australia, United Kingdom, and select European countries (Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Spain & Sweden). Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
  • We ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping carrier. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.
  • To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and is not held by customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.
  • For any orders, once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can also track your order through the Shop Application.
  • If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
